Our program at T.A. Sims Elementary began in spring 2010. This amazing program assists children in the Polytechnic area of Fort Worth.
Students are specially selected by their teachers, principals, and counselors for the program; they are those considered possibly "at-risk" and in need of special attention. Daily activities include character lessons, homework assistance, math enrichment activities, mentoring, teambuilding activities, and a healthy afternoon snack. We are very excited to be working with this wonderful new group of students. We have already begun building relationships with the students in the program.
